Anyone know of a site to get candles custom made?

A friend of mine is trying to put together a surprise party for his mom's 50th birthday. She loves to step so that will be the theme. He had an idea of getting candles made in the shape of a couple dancing (some for the center pieces and smaller ones for party gifts). If he can find some that he can buy (meaning not get custom made) that would be even better. I did a few searches and didn't find anything, so im turning to trusty answers. Any ideas appreciated.

My mom turns 50 on July 4th and I have no idea what to get her - she says she like fashion earrings, but I feel like I get her jewelry all the time. She is really outgoing and very into arts & crafts. Please help!! Any suggestions/creative ideas would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance!

How about a gift card to a local craft store in amount you plan to spend. Also, a single rose in her favorite color to go with the card. Simple and sweet.
