My husband and I just had our first baby making our parents first time grandparents. We're not looking to spend a bunch of money just looking for some good priced gift ideas for them. Any ideas are appreciated.

Why not give them a digital picture frame (available from approx. 30 $) and 'feed' them with baby pics as baby grows?
Or make them a home made calendar with baby pics (that's a great gift to give every Christmas!). You can buy these calendars ready-made and just have to add your pics. For one calendar months you can also make a hand or footprint of baby with watercolors. Do it yourself calendars are available at amazon.

How come if someone has a baby they think they're superior than people who choose not to have babies?

Why do people treat mothers like their royalty when all they did is spread their legs and spit out a baby from their coooch? They could be the worst mothers in the world and yet they are still treated like royalty.

For some child bearing is the only reason humans exist.
Procreation, its the only reason humans are here. So for many not having kids is defeating human life and insulting to them.
I suspect your speaking of a personal situation where someone you may not like is getting treated well for having a baby, its an important time for people. Having a kid is a gift from god in many ways and grandparents, brothers, sisters etc become very supportive and happy to be taking part in this gift.
Sounds to me like your jealous of big sis or something.
