What would be a thoughtful gift for my husband?

I want to get my husband a gift commemorate the birth of our first child together. Our baby is due in about 3 weeks, and I wanted to get my husband something special. Men are often left out, such as everyone doting on the pregnant mom, and the mom gets the baby shower, and the flowers brought to the hospital, etc. I want to buy my husband something nice so he is not left out. I just do not have any idea what I am looking for. HELP!

I got my hubby an engraved cigar cutter for all the nice cigars he was going to hand out.

But depending on what hobbies/interests your husband has.....use those for ideas. If he has a metal baby that he adores (his car of course!!), you could do custom plates, that nice piece of chrome he has been wanting to add under the hood, rims, etc. For the NFL minded hubby, matching custom jerseys or one just for him- ex: "Sam's Dad". The guy who loves music.....tickets to an upcoming concert for a 'guys night out'.

What should I give as a present at a baby shower?

The baby shower ISN'T for the mom though. The baby shower is for the new baby's sister. The girl is in my girl scout troop and is 16years old. She isn't having the baby, so it's a little tricky for me to think of a gift to get her. Should the gift be directed towards her....or the baby? I was thinking maybe a pedicure so she can relax when her new baby sister comes along....any other ideas? Thanks!
