Hi we are a new family one son that is 3 months old and we both adore him to pieces. What can I make my husband or buy my husband from our little boy for fathers day. My husband got me a beautiful charm braclet with my sons initals on it so I would love to give him a great fathers day gift because he is a great Dad.

I'm thinking that you speaking from YOUR heart to HIM, is more meaningful and healthy than puppetiering for your infant your precieved understanding of your infant's feelings. Just appreciate your husband for his role as a father who holds a lot of promise for your child's future.

Should I invite cousin who recently lost a baby to my baby shower?

My cousin and his wife recently lost their baby 2 weeks away from her due date. The baby was a stillborn due to the cord wrapped around his neck. This happened about 3 months ago.

They live out of state. So I know she won't come to my baby shower if I invite her, but we have always invited each other to stuff like this anyway. She invited me to her baby shower.

Should I just not send an invitation to this event? I don't want her to feel obligated to get a gift and look at baby stuff since she just went through something so traumatic. I don't want her to feel bad though if I don't invite her.

Yes, send an invitation. Do not mention their loss, just send the invitation as normal. She is still grieving and you are right to consider this. But grieving is different for everyone and it may be that shopping for your baby will help her heal. It may be that she cannot shop, but it will be her choice and she can do what is right for her.
