My mom is turning 60 and I need to get her a great gift. For my dad's 60th, I went back to his alma mater where he played baseball and got clippings of his "glory days" along with a picture and had it framed. He loved it and mom jokingly said "Can't wait to see what I am going to get!" So, the pressure is on. Help!

Pamper your dear Mom and send her to one of the nicer beauty salons and treat her to a new hair cut,manicure and pedicure. Then take her and your Dad out to a birthday lunch for her.Later on that evening have some of their friend and neighbors over for birthday cake and punch ! creative ways to give guitar as gift for birthday?

i bought my dad a brand new beautiful acoustic guitar for his 60th birthday. the guitar did not come with a box, since it was a brand new floor model. i am trying to think of creative ways to give it to him, or display it.... when he comes home from work, my mom is going to have dinner set up for him already and then he is going to open his other presents. what should we do about giving him the guitar? its the "biggest" gift, so i don't want it to just be sitting there. any ideas? thanks!

2. While he's busy figuring out why the coffee is suddenly delicious, run into this room and place guitar where needed.
