How do I thank co-workers for a baby shower when they all went in on one gift?

Some co-workers are throwing me a baby shower at work. This is my second child, I had my first before I began working here. I already feel weird that they are throwing me shower since its my second child, but they say its a different gender so its completely reasonable. My question is, how do I thank everyone properly? I was told by the organizers they invited everyone in the office, men and women, and that they are all going to contribute to a gift card for me rather than have me do a registry or give gift ideas. (I didn't register for gifts because I'm not having any other baby shower and I wasn't expecting work to throw me one) While I think its a very generous gift and I almost feel unworthy of such, I want to be able to thank everyone and let them know how truly blessed and thankful I am for their contribution, no matter how big or small. Of course I wont know how much each person contributed, so what's the best way to thank everyone? I think the idea of one general email is tacky, I'd like to be somewhat personal with my appreciation. Any ideas? And do I tell them some of things I intend to purchase with the gift cards such as baby items or do I just leave it at a thank you?

Answer
Write an individual note to each one if you wish. Thank them. Yes, tell them what you intend to purchase. Though the notes will certainly be somewhat alike, add personalized information as much as you can. For example, you can refer to other nice things the person has done if you want to and have the time. Tell them that you not only appreciate the gift but that you appreciate them for being such supportive co-workers. Do be careful not to be more gushy with some than others. They may share.

Where can I find a bottle organizer at?

I do not need a drying rack, I have that. I either want an actual bottle organizer to store them in or any other suggestions you may have. I have limited cubbard space and I am trying to save some room while keeping it convienent.

Answer
I don't know if you got one at your baby shower or not, but you know the big Johnson's gift sets that come in a plastic basket. I use that to keep bottles in. It can hold 8 bottles at once and barely uses any space in the cabinet or refrigerator.

Here's a link so you know what it looks like:
