Smart idea home made gift btw thats also what I'm doing. I wrote my mom a poem witch only took a few minutes to write but its very nice. For my dad I was going to maybe draw a picture, make an ordament, sculpture out of clay, you know the kind of stuff they say they'll remember for ever. Also think of what your parents do for a living or like to do or admire a lot. Like if your dad builds stuff build him something. Or your mom likes the ocean you could draw a picture of the ocean or even get some sand and use it in your own creative way. Just think about your parents and what you think they'de truely and deeply like. I hope I helped you at all and good luck with your project!!

Mom & Dad gave me a $10,000 dollar bank draft as a gift. If I present the check for "cash money" will I be required to sign an IRS or other Government form due to the size of the transaction?
