To be honest a lot of people don't think about the registry. I've been guilty of that in the past myself and just bought cute clothes, but now I usually look to see if they have a registry somewhere. But it is nice for those who think about it to have one set up, anymore it's really convenient (especially since a lot of my friends are in different cities and I can't go to a shower) to be able to look up their registry, buy something with my credit card and have it shipped from the website so it's still worth doing it even if only a few people use it. Plus it helps you keep track of the stuff you didn't get and still need, which makes it really easy to get some of the essentials if people give you money or gift cards at your shower.

How can I build my freezer milk supply while exclusively breastfeeding?

I am an exclusively breastfeeding mom of an almost 3 month old and I want to have a frozen supply of milk, b/c I need to leave my baby for a few days to go out of town.I am not one of those gifted women who has an abundance of milk.I am barely making enough to satisfy my baby :( How can I get my freezer stocked for my departure? Could my milk supply be low if I am unable to do so?

You can pump after every feed, even if you don't get much it will tell your body to make more. Does your baby sleep for long at night? You could get up during the night to pump.
