How to put a handle/adjustable on a laptop sleeve?

I'm getting a personalized laptop sleeve for my mom for as a Birthday gift but the problem is that she always carries a lot stuff like she has her laptop bag full with papers, a laptop with a sleeve, lunch bag and her purse. For her laptop, I want to get her a personalized laptop sleeve with my sisters and me on it since she loves that kind of stuff but I want to put like an adjustable strap or like a handle on it but I don't know how. I want to make it secure since her laptop is 17" and is kind of heavy. I don't want a laptop bag because it's a little bulky and I think a laptop sleeve with a adjustable strap will unique and simple-looking, just the way she likes it(:

Stitch on a belt. A leather belt is adjustable by adding holes to "tighten" the belt.

Unique birthday gift for my mother who collects antiques?

I always end up getting my mom something useless for her birthday. This year I want the gift to be special and unique. My parents collect antiques but I dont know anything about them so purchasing her something antique, wont really work. Not to mention, they are very particular. This will also be her 50th birthday. We are looking to spend under $200. Thanks for the help!

wooden/brass/marble handicrafts..(authentic to some other country's culture) , some lanterns, paper or handmade, another idea is art collectibles..you need to research a bit on this..your gift should not stand out in an odd way..because gifts such as these can easily go wrong..try for some good stores, if not there are many online shopping options for such gifts..
