What to bring to our neighbors house for New Baby?

We are going to see them tonight, they just brought baby home, we did give shower gifts last month, but tonight we'll get a congrats. card and some Lindt chocolates for Mom and Dad, Any other suggestions. Fruit? The new Dad just got back from shopping so maybe that fruit might be a waste.

Well, I would bring dinner.

Call now, and say don't worry about preparing anything for dinner, and bring them a dinner.

A Congrats card is a good idea as well.

Then perhaps also bring a desert the parents can munch on throughout the week, such as home baked cookies, a pie, or a cake.

A little gift for the new mommy is always nice as well.

No need to go all out and spend lots of money, just do something thoughtful, such as preparing a dinner, and I think that would be a wonderful gesture.

I don't have much money left from this year and I won't have a job until next summer. I am getting Christmas presents for my mom, dad, cousin, and my 2 bffs. How do I stretch my dollar?

I am thinking of getting my mom and sister homemade bath and beauty goodies, my dad some art, my cousin knitted stuff like mitts (she is a baby) and my bffs candy and nailpolishes.

Did u think about Dollarama? They have some nice cheap stuff too. Like candles, books, picture frames, bath products, and of course the sweets! Just an Idea. Good luck and merry Christmas season!
