gift for mom 60 image
Barbie
I am confused though money can't buy everything but I wanna gift my mom the most amazing and unique gift in this world. Help please.
Answer
Only thing that is unique is something you created
write a poem, then print it out, frame it, and do some sort of mosaic for the frame, then put the framed poem in a basket or bag with a couple of little things like chocolate and bath soaps and little stuff like that - the whole present could cost $15-$60, depending on how much you want to spend.

What are some gift ideas for my mom's 60th birthday?

My mom is turning 60 in a couple of weeks. She doesn't want a suprise party... been there done that!
She's a casual dresser, retired, likes going to flea markets and watching the soaps. She doesn't collect anything right now. She used to be a seamstress. Not really into frills and prissy stuff. Loves jewelry though. The problem is she doesnt NEED anything materialistic. So I am kind of at a loss. Need some creative help from you guys. Thanks so much!

Well, if she doesn't need the jewelry, but she loves it so much, why not get one cute piece that will mean something to her? A personalized necklace is a cute and fun way to show you care and it sounds like she's love it. I found some simple but fun pendants here:

I was thinking maybe the scrabble tile one with her first initial? It's not too fussy and it will get a lot of good attention. I got one for myself and everyone at my office is jealous and wants one of their own. :)
