Non-generic Christmas gifts?

I'm looking for non-generic, creative, fun, unique Christmas gifts to give this year. If you have any good ideas, or have given or received any really great gifts, please help me! These are the people I need to get for.. I've included a little bit of information about them too.
Mom: Someone who basically has everything already. She is going on a cruise in February so one of my ideas was to get her a cute travel bag and fill it with beachy items, travel things, etc... But I would like some other ideas.
Dad: Active, sporty, outdoorsy. Loves fishing, hunting, softball, kick boxing. Like clothes and power tools.
Sister (18): Clothes, shoes, accessories, unique cute things. Plays softball and is a nursing major.
Co-worker, boss- both love dogs, would like to get both similar items that are dog-related. Limit $10
White elephant- limit $20, unisex gift
