My friends and family keep asking me what they should get my 8 week old daughter for Christmas but I don't know what to tell them. Any suggestions on good gifts for a baby 2 months on? She already has a swing, bouncer and play mat! What are some of the great toys and gear you used??? Thanks!!!

She's not going to even know it's Christmas. Kinda silly getting her a bunch of stuff.
I'd ask for gift cards to stores you like to shop, for baby clothes or whatever as she grows. Diapers in varying sizes, crib sheets, etc.

We had a son in April and he's beginning to be so interactive and so much fun! We want to get our Christmas shopping done for him and there is a ton of things out there for baby!! He'll be almost 9 months at Christmas. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what would be a good gift?? Things your babies loved? Things to avoid?? Thanks!! :)

my baby was around that age, and we purchased playskools ball popper, fisher prices zebra and piano (for a few months later), etc. just look for toys with music, lights, movement, education, and mirrors! to tell you the truth... my daughter LOVED her toys; however, it seems that she likes to get a hold of my keys, pots and pans, and remote even more! you might want to invest in those! lol.
