Jewish Mothers: what sort of gift would be appreciated (or not) by a jewish mother who's just had a baby girl?

I could buy baby clothes, but I'd like to get something that would also be culturally sensitive as the mother's whole family is keenly Jewish. They are not Orthodox (for example, she chooses to wear trousers and t-shirts), but her baby has a jewish name and will be given a jewish rite of passage. I apologize in advance if I've worded anything inappropriately here; I'm learning.

Baby name meaning miricle. ?

I am writing a story where the main character has the devils sons son. The legacy (in this story) is that te Satan line has two males and then a female so she was supposed to have a female but it is a male.

I need a male name that means Miracle. Not gods blessing as the character believes god hates her as she turned to the devil for help. Do you know any names? I was thinking Ellijah but I don't know what that means.

Elijah means "My god is Yahweh" Yahweh is another name for the Christian/Jewish god.

Most of the names i found where actually for females. .
perhaps you should just let her have a girl.

The only male name i found was Milagro. Most anything that comes up from a search really means "Gift" not "Miracle".
