What is a good, portable, gift for future mom of twins?

My friend's husband was recently transferred (military) to another state. They are leaving next week, and I will see them one last time on Sunday. She already had a great, big baby shower that I was not able to attend. I would like to get her a baby gift before she leaves... the twins are not due until November... so, what is something I can get for my friend that will be a blessing AND be easy to tote along on the road trip? They are all packed up and leaving next week. Any suggestions from other mothers of multiples... even of singles?
